Progression on to the Green Belt programme from the Yellow Belt programme will develop delegate skills and knowledge further, enabling learners to understand the process of managing a Lean Six Sigma project using the structured problem solving methodology of DMAIC and applying the relevant tools and techniques to achieve desired improvements. The Green Belt programme now combines a new additional element covering error management, which provides a detailed overview of root causes of errors and various methodologies for eliminating risk. To achieve certification delegates will be expected to complete an exam at the end of the course.
